Our Cellar Door and Merindoc Estate Vineyard is nestled between the rolling granite hills of Tooborac and our Flats Vineyard. It is the perfect location to be able to enjoy a wine tasting in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
You will be able to enjoy tasting our Heathcote range of dry Viognier, Riesling, Rose, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and sweet Viognier. To complete the Shelmerdine experience you also have the opportunity at the Cellar Door to taste our Yarra Valley range of wines featuring Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and our sparkling Blanc des Noirs.
Having our Cellar Door located in our vineyard it is a great opportunity to see the seasonal working of a vineyard first hand from budburst through to harvesting. This can all be done whilst enjoying a glass of our wine while sitting in our cafe and garden. The Cellar Door is fully air conditioned for our visitors comfort and on those cooler days we also have a Granite fire place ... the perfect place to sit and enjoy a glass of Heathcote Shiraz.
